All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (custom, one-of-a-kind, thrifted, or hand-dyed), all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or slight variations in color/pattern.
Damaged or Defective

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Thrifted & Upcycled Items

Thrifted and upcycled products may show minor signs of wear; these are not considered defects and are part of the item’s character.

Color & Pattern Variations

All dyed and handmade items are unique — exact color, saturation, and pattern placement may vary slightly from photos.

Such variations are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Return Shipping for Approved Cases

If a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days in unused, original condition.
